(More customer reviews)I had read other reviews which complained how difficult it was to get the iPhone in and out. In my experience it was very difficult ... until I realized that it was the friction of plastic to plastic. By blowing behind the iPhone it ballooned out the material and with a little shaking the phone dropped in. Same to get it out. The case is great. The phone touch controls worked fine - but I could not get any photos - just blue haze! :-(
OPPPSSS I realized I had put the phone in upside down! THEREFORE the camera was behind the blue material instead of the clear window.
Dumb!
After correction the camera worked fine, and it is neat to be able to take underwater photos. I recommend the case highly as insurance for the camera - and fun for snorkeling.
