(More customer reviews)I bought this item a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. I got a trendy MP4 player along with saving around $300. Honestly, those that buy this product and complain that it's not as advanced as the iPod Touch, then they should really reconsider what they're doing. You get what you pay for and when you spend less than a hundred dollars there is no way it's going to be like the name brand competitors. It preformed exactly what I wanted it to - music; along with a few bonuses of video, photo, voice recorder, and a game. The touch screen isn't very hard to manage either; I don't need to use the stylus that came with it. Now, I don't mean to sound like an advertisement, but I did find this to be a very nice investment. If it were to break, I would even consider buying another one.
Like most things, it has its faults. Such as, the radio is kinda hinky; I'm not entirely sure how to work it. And the game is real "old school" and not really worth playing. Of course, it's not made of the best materials but it has already withstood a 4 foot drop onto concrete. I suggest to anyone that is going to buy one to also find screen protection sheets because seeing as it is a touch screen the plastic gets torn, scratched, and faded easily.
As I have mentioned earlier, it did exactly what I wanted it to and I am definitely happy with it, especially considering what I paid for it.
I hope people won't keep buying this product and constantly compare it to the iPod. Because, it's not and never will be. But it's a very nice alternative for those that want the music player without the astronomical prices.

(More customer reviews)I bought this almost 1 year ago for the full [...] and used it instead of my much expensive Piel Frama ostrich case.
Pros:
1. Protects well
2. Holds the iPad securely in (some styles allow the iPad to slip out if picked up wrong)
3. Only covers the microphone hole which I never use. The 3-piece speaker and headphone jack are fully exposed
4. Doesn't cover the edges of the screen (I don't have to work to tap around the edges as I do with the Piel Frama)
5. Handy pockets for cards, papers, etc.
6. Folds back completely (slip the tab in the slot backwards so nothing hangs out)
7. iPad is easily removed
8. Wipes clean
Cons:
1. Loses shape after long use
2. Cheap stitching slowly unravels
3. Nylon frays over time
Its quality is NOT worth [...] but [...] is reasonable since it will need to be replaced. I'll buy it again if the price drops to [...]. Until then, I'll use it around the house.

Hardware
-Shape is easier to hold and use than WS Nano
-LCD is glass, more durable and sharper than plastic on Nano
-Zune Touch Pad is more responsive and precise vs. click wheel
-Wireless sharing/syncing option
-Built-in FM Tuner
-Better sound quality even without EQ...I just hated how bad the Nano sounds even with Shure headphonesSoftware
-Very simple and easy
-Asthetically better than iTunes
User Interface
-No Coverflow but interface is more organized and intuitive
-Customizable background, not an option on Nano
-Easier to read
I have not tested the battery life but it's rated close to the Nano so I'll live with whatever it really is. One thing I haven't checked on but someone else wrote about was the Zune not being a UMS Device when plugged in. Hopefully that's something Microsoft can/will change so that you can store other files on it. Overall, I'm must more satisfied with this player than the Nano.

I bought it for an Ipod Touch rather than applecare since square trade offers accidental coverage. About a month and a half after buying the ipod, the screen got cracked from a fall. I filed a claim and within a few days square trade responded with instructions on receiving a full refund for my ipod. Received payment soon after sending the item. The whole process was simple. I would highly recommend this warranty.
