I bought it for an Ipod Touch rather than applecare since square trade offers accidental coverage. About a month and a half after buying the ipod, the screen got cracked from a fall. I filed a claim and within a few days square trade responded with instructions on receiving a full refund for my ipod. Received payment soon after sending the item. The whole process was simple. I would highly recommend this warranty.

Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) guards you against life's little mishaps, whether you drop your cell phone on the street or splash coffee on your laptop. ADH must also be purchased within 30 days of when you bought your item. ADH coverage begins on the 31st day after the item's purchase - issues in the first 30 days are not covered.
