The Ipod was indeed flawless and it worked great. But once my son decided to use it as his personal chew toy when I wasnt looking, I didnt sweat. I knew that although he picked a pretty expensive and important chew toy, that Squaretrade would fix the damage without question. It turned out it was unable to be fixed, so they promptly refunded my full purchase price within 24 hours of me sending it to them. I will be sticking with them for anything they will help me with. Worth every cent.
