(More customer reviews)I have used SquareTrade twice now in the last 6 months with wonderful success. I have a 16 yr. old son who cannot live without his music. As most know, 16 yr. old boys are hard on electronics. Both times the products (different models of Zunes) have failed, I had a warranty on them from SquareTrade. No muss, no fuss! SquareTrade refunded my money both times without any complications and without delay. I can't find this great of service anywhere with store warranties. I'll be using them again as soon as we buy another electronic and I wouldn't buy a warranty from anywhere else.
